Ran from my house to meet Steve , Jerry, Ron, and Darin coming towards me to go up Harry's Hill. We ran quick pace at times but I was lucky I caught them not at full strengh. I felt good and I'm encouraged about the overall. week I had. My goal is to maintain 50-55 mile weeks for the next few weeks and hit 60 by May 5th.
