I felt alittle sick yesterday afternoon so I did't get a second workout in. After a great nights rest I felt much better today and was ready to hit it hard. Temps were warm and battled the wind too. Running in the afternoon takes more energy from me but I believe you must slowly condition yourself to do it to prepare for summer racing. Went from my house out 5 miles and came back to meet Kent. I did 10x400 and struggled keeping my speed up at times but felt like I got what I needed to do. |
